Wanna become a member?
To become a member of Shiver you must email me at sweet_and_sour_caity@hotmail.com. You will have to have an application for me telling me why you wanna join. Being a member is good if you go here daily, many bonus features are avaliable to only members. After being a member you are able to try out for Council. Council is a VERY hard thing to get into. Skills needed are:
- You must know html
- You must know animation skills
- You must go on daily
- Finally,you must give a application of specific questions you are given

Wanna learn html?
All you have to do is email me a sweet_and_sour_caity@hotmail.com, You will be joined into a email station where I will email you every day for a week on html. There are 4 weeks in total and you can stop at any week. At the end of your week I will imform you about doing another chorus. I will teach you how to do html and learn basic training for making websites. Also as a bonus I will show you some techniques of making animations on your computer.
